Posts having Grade Pay Rs: 2800 Qualification: A university Degree or its equivalent. 2. Posts having Grade Pay Rs: 2400 Qualification: Matriculation or its equivalent with 80 words per minute in Shorthand (English) for a duration of 10 minutes which will be transcribed in typing in 65 minutes. (OR) Matriculation or its equivalent with 80 words per minute in Shorthand (Hindi) for a duration of 10 minutes which will be transcribed in typing in 75 minutes 3. Posts having Grade Pay Rs: 1900 & 2000 Qualification: Pass in Matriculation or its equivalent from a recognized board. (50% marks in the aggregate will be required for NTPC categories. 50% marks are not required for SC/ST candidates and for candidates having higher qualification). 4. Posts having Grade Pay Rs: 1800 Qualification: Pass in 10th standard or ITI or equivalent from a recognized board Age Limits: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 25 years of age as on 1.1.2013.  Application Fee: UR and OBC candidates should submit with the application an Indian Postal Order / Bank Demand Draft (issued after the date of this notification) drawn in favour of FA&CAO, East Coast Railway, payable at Bhubaneswar as detailed below: i) For Posts having Grade Pay of Rs.
