Educational Qualification / Experience:
For Deputy General Manager (AFC):
B.E/B.Tech in Electronics / Electronics Communication / Computer Science or MCA with minimum 10 years of experience .
Fluency in English and good presentation skills are must.

For Estate Officer: B.E in Civil Engineering with minimum 7 years experience.
Knowledge in CAD will be an added advantage. Knowledge on assessment and practices of standards and ability to evaluate urban properties and basic knowledge on law and rules related to maintenance of buildings, is required.

For Shunting Drivers: ITI Trade Certificate from a recognised institution with minimum 10 years experience in driving diesel shunting locomotive / Main line Diesel locomotive in Indian Railway.
Preference will be given to candidates possessing a 3 year Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Communication & related disciplines.
Duration of Post: For 3 years on contract, extendable if required.

For Train Operator / Instructor: Matriculation + three years diploma in Electrical Engineering /Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Electronics & Communication Engineering / Electrical Power Systems / Industrial Electronics / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification from a Government recognised University / Institute with minimum 10 years experience in driving EMU / Electrical Locomotive in Indian Railways or 3 years driving experience in Metro Trains operation. Candidates who have worked as Loco Inspectors/Instructors would be preferred.

Selection Process:

Final selection will be done on the basis of candidates’ performance in Interview.

In order to regulate / short list the no. of candidates to be called for the interview, if required, the Management reserves the right to raise the minimum eligibility standards/criteria, or to relax the minimum eligibility standards / criteria depending upon the response to the advertised posts. Only short-listed candidates will be notified for interview.

Jaipur Metro Rail Exam Pattern

For all the Posts Maximum Marks: 100
Minimum pass marks shall be 40 % for all candidates other than SC/ST Category candidates and 35 % for SC/ST Category candidates. Psychometric Test and Medical Fitness Tests are Qualifying Tests. There will be no minimum pass marks for the interview
Psychometric Test (Qualifying Test): The Psychometric Test will measure specific abilities related to the job, such as reaction time, form perception, vigilance, speed anticipation and some selected attributes of personality.
Medical Fitness Test (Qualifying Test): All candidates called for interview and/or placed on the final merit list or panel of wait listed candidates shall have to undergo and pass medical fitness test as prescribed by JMRC.
Interview – 10 marks: The focus of interview will be on personality traits, including communication skills, of the candidates. There will be no minimum pass marks for the interview, but failure to appear in interview will disqualify the candidate. 
A) JMRC Pattern for Station Controller/ Train Operator: Written Test, Psychometric Test, Interview, Medical Fitness Test
1. Written Test – 90 marks- 135 minutes-120 questions
The questions shall be multiple choice objective type, with 0.75 marks being awarded for each right answer and 0.25 marks being deducted for each wrong answer.
Question paper consists of:
i. General Knowledge & Awareness, including General Science – 45 questions
ii. Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Ability and Reasoning – 45 questions
iii. Computer Awareness – 10 questions
iv. English Comprehension – 10 questions
v. Hindi Comprehension – 10 questions
2. Psychometric Test (Qualifying Test)
3. Interview – 10 marks
4. Medical Fitness Test (Qualifying Test)
B) Jaipur Metro Rail Exam Pattern for Junior Engineer (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics) : Written Test, Medical Fitness Test

C) Exam Pattern for JMRC Customer Relations Assistant

Written Exam Paper consists of:

RRC North Western Railway Jaipur PET Results for Group D Posts 2012


Railway Recruitment Cell, Jaipur Declared Physical Efficiency Test Results for the Recruitment of Group D Posts. The written examination for the posts was 6 May 2012, 13 May 2012, 27 May 2012, 03 June 2012, 10 June 2012 and 24 June 2012. The Physical Efficiency Test of the candidates was conducted from 9 October 2012 to 19 October 2012.

South Eastern Railway Group-C & Group - D Recruitment

South Eastern Railway invites applications  for the following posts from eligible candidates.

1) For NTPC:
Qualification: 
Minimum Matriculation or equivalent examination with 50% marks in aggregate. The stipulation of 50% marks is not applicable having higher than Matriculation Qualification and SC/ST candidates.
2) Technical:
Qualification: 
Passed out Act Apprenticeship/ITI. Certificate of Act Apprenticeship/ITI must be approved by SCVT/NCVT. No other qualification including Diploma in Engineering will be accepted as an alternative qualification

Qualification: 
10th pass or ITI or equivalent
Examination Fee: The examination fee for unreserved and OBC candidates is Rs.40/- (Rupees forty only). Candidates belonging to SC/ST, PWD (PH) & Women, Minority Communities and Economically Backward Classes/Sections are exempted from payment of examination fee
Written Examination: Candidates will have to appear for a written test on a particular date followed by viva-voce.

Educational Qualification : 10th Pass or ITI or equivalent. Candidates who are appearing  at  and/or  awaiting  results  of  final  examination  of  class 10th  on the last  date of  of  application  are  not eligible to apply.  Academic  qualification must  be  from  a  recognized  Educational  Institution  /  Board/University,  otherwise  candidature  shall  be  rejected.  Candidates  having  higher  educational  qualification may also apply.
Age Limit : 18 – 33 years as on 01.01.2013 (Relaxation : SC/ST – 5 yrs ; OBC – 3 yrs)

Selection Procedure : Selection will be based on MERIT only. First there will be Written Examination. Candidates to a limited extent, in order of merit, out of those who obtained the prescribed minimum pass marks in Written Examination will be called for Physical Efficiency Test (PET). Those who will qualify in the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) will have to go through the original document verification. Candidates who will found eligible after Physical Efficiency Test (PET) will be called for Medical Examination of relevant standard as shown against each category of post at Page-1 of this notification. There will be no interview.

Syllabus for Examination : The question paper for the written examination shall be based on Class 10th standard consisting of multiple choice objective type questions aimed to assess General Knowledge/Awareness, Mathematics and Reasoning etc. There will be no question for checking proficiency in language. Questions will be in Hindi, English, Oriya, Urdu and Bengali.

Examination fee : Rs.40/- For General and OBC Candidates (NO Fee for SC/ST/Women/PH/minorities  and  economically  backward  classes  having  income  less  than Rs  50,000/‐  p.a) – The Examination fee should be paid in the form of crossed Demand Draft from State Bank Of India or any other Nationalized Bank or crossed IPO from any Post Office drawn in favour of the “FA&CAO, South Eastern Railway, 11 Garden Reach Road , Kolkata-700043 payable at “KOLKATA”.

CHANGE OF EXAM DATE FOR CEN 03/2012

The first Stage written Examination which has originally Scheduled to be held on 28-10-2012 for the posts of NTPC-Graduate Categories (CEN NO. 03/2012 dt. 12-05-2012 ) by Railway Recruitment Board  is now postponed to 02-12-2012 due to Administrative reasons.
