Diesel Locomotive Works (DLW) was set up in August 1961 as a green field project in technical collaboration with ALCO, USA for manufacture of Diesel Electric Locomotives. It invites application from eligible candidates for recruitment in the discipline of Classical Harmonium Player and Classical Vocal North Indian Sangeet (Khayal Shaili)

• Last date for receipt of application: 20 August 2011 till 12.45 pm

Age Limit: 18 years and 30 years as on 1 July 2011
Pay Scale: Pay Band Rs 5200- 20,200 + Grade Pay Rs 1900 along with other benefits and allowances
Application Fee: The application fee for Unreserved/ OBC candidate is Rs 40. The payment should be made in favour of "FA & CAO" DLW/ Varanasi through Indian Postal Order.
No fee will be charged from SC/ ST/ Widow women.
Selection Procedure: The candidates who fulfil the eligibility criteria will have to go through the following tests.

• Assessment of talent in the relevant field
